The panels offer versatile protein combination options, encompassing single proteins, multiplex panels of up to 50 proteins, and even hyperplex panels of up to 800 proteins. The panels can be customized for various therapeutic areas to best suit your research goals.
The TrueSignature platform is powered by Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) and SureQuant mass spectrometry. These technologies allow for complete customization down to amino acid resolution (i.e. mutations, truncations, isoforms) and are not dependent on affinity-based recognition and reagent availability. You select the proteins; we analyze them for you.
TrueSignature panels can be developed within weeks and are available both as a standalone solution or an integrated solution, in which insights from TrueDiscovery studies help guide the choice of peptides in the custom panel.
