With dia-PASEF, you combine the benefits of DIA proteomics with the advantages of ion mobility. This makes it an excellent method to integrate with a platform for large-scale biomarker studies without the need for in-depth method optimization.

In this poster presented at US HUPO 2023, dia-PASEF is used in combination with our PQ500™ Reference Peptides kit to develop a targeted quantitation assay for peptides in human plasma samples.
