Webinar: Spectronaut™ Pulsar - introduction into the new era in discovery proteomics

Today we would like to invite you to join our up-coming live webinar “Spectronaut™ Pulsar - introduction into the new era in discovery proteomics” where we will present our newest release of Spectronaut software and supported data independent acquisition (DIA) workflows for discovery proteomics applications including recently launched directDIA™.

Data independent acquisition (DIA) is a powerful mass spectrometry proteomics technique for quantification of complete proteomes. In a single shot DIA experiment all generated peptide fragment ions are recorded with high resolution in mass and time. Spectronaut™ Pulsar analyzes the acquired signals with a spectral library free workflow (directDIA™) or with a targeted analysis of the data using spectral libraries (Hyper Reaction Monitoring - HRM™). It features Pulsar, Biognosys’ proprietary database search engine, which supports both workflows and eliminates the need for external search engines.

When: 26 June 2017 at 4.00PM CET (10.00AM EST).

  • Lukas Reiter, Chief Technology Officer
  • Oliver Bernhardt, Senior Scientist Bioinformatics
  • Stephan van Sint Fiet, Chief Commercial Officer
