Webinar on DIA using Spectronaut and Q Exactive HF now available on-demand

The webinar that took place on October 30th and covered the development of an optimized Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) workflow for proteomics experiments using Thermo Scientific™ Q Exactive™ HF and Spectronaut™ software is now available on-demand.

You can learn about a simple and robust DIA workflow on the example of profiling of human 3D liver microtissues. In this experiment about 30’000 precursors were quantified with Spectronaut™ across 15 one-hour runs in 45 minutes, thus demonstrating the capabilities of the state-of-the-art instrument and software to robustly profile thousands of proteins across dozens of conditions in reasonable time with limited costs and starting material.
