We would like to invite you to take a look at this interesting publication titled “A global Staphylococcus aureus proteome resource applied to the in vivo characterization of host-pathogen interactions” published recently in Scientific Reports.
The study focuses on host-pathogen interaction of S. aureus in an in vivo murine pneumonia model. Data-independent acquisition (DIA) was applied to enable high-accuracy quantification of S. aureus proteins for investigation of the adaptation of S. aureus to the intracellular niche in human bronchial epithelial cells and in a murine pneumonia model. The DIA data in the publication was analyzed with Biogsnoys’ Spectronaut software.
