ID is a standardized discovery proteomics service based on Hyper Reaction Monitoring (HRM-MS™), a next generation proteomics technology invented at Biognosys for quantification of complete proteomes. HRM enables reproducible and precise quantification of thousands of proteins in a single sample with data independent acquisition (DIA).
The ID proteomic service features a proven HRM workflow with a deep proteome map (spectral library) and a fast turnaround time of 2 to 4 weeks. It is ideal for researchers working on medium to large scale projects that are looking for a reliable and quick service to quantify the proteome changes in their samples.
Post-translational modification analysis or other customized services are also available upon request.
