Our TrueDiscovery® Plasma Biomarker Discovery services deliver the most comprehensive offering on the market, achieving deep, unbiased profiling of up to 9,000 proteins. The high-throughput nature of this workflow makes it ideal for large-scale studies, providing unparalleled specificity and quantitative precision to identify actionable biomarkers.
Our TrueDiscovery services can be combined with NULISA™ high-sensitivity, targeted panels, offering a complete solution for all your plasma proteomics research needs.
The novel particle-based P2 Plasma Enrichment System achieves the highest reported proteome enrichment with greater reproducibility than any other protein corona-based technology. The optimized single-well sample preparation, combined with optimized particle surface, stabilizes the labile protein corona and provides exceptional quantitative accuracy and depth.
The offering is driven by Biognosys’ proprietary Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) workflow, powered by Hyper Reaction Monitoring (HRM™) technology. Data analysis is performed using Spectronaut® software, enhanced by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), and supported by the Proteoverse™ data visualization tool.
The P2 Plasma Enrichment technology is also available under licensing for end-users of facilities equipped with high-performance mass spectrometry platforms.
