Our TrueDiscovery Plasma Biomarker Discovery services deliver the most comprehensive offering on the market, achieving deep, unbiased profiling of up to 9,000 proteins. The high-throughput nature of this workflow makes it ideal for large-scale studies, providing unparalleled specificity and quantitative precision to identify actionable biomarkers.
Our TrueDiscovery services can be combined with NULISA™ high-sensitivity, targeted panels, offering a complete solution for all your plasma proteomics research needs.
The P2 Plasma Enrichment technology redefines plasma proteomics by enabling deep profiling of low-abundance proteins in human plasma. With proprietary nanoparticle-based enrichment and optimized reagents, it delivers unmatched proteome depth, high reproducibility, and high-throughput performance, ideal for large-cohort studies, biomarker discovery, and translational research.
Its single-well workflow and stabilized protein corona chemistry ensure median CVs below 10%, providing reliable quantitative data across complex studies. The technology supports unbiased plasma proteome exploration, including detection of isoforms and post-translational modifications (PTMs), offering new insights into disease mechanisms and molecular pathways.
The P2 Plasma Enrichment workflow is fully integrated with Biognosys’ advanced Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) mass spectrometry technology within the TrueDiscovery platform. Data processing and quantitative analysis are performed using Spectronaut® software and visualized through Proteoverse®, Biognosys’ interactive platform for plasma proteomics data exploration.
The P2 Plasma Enrichment technology is available as a CRO service at Biognosys’ state-of-the-art laboratories in Switzerland and Newton, MA, providing access to high-throughput plasma proteomics analysis without the need for in-house mass spectrometry infrastructure.
For laboratories with high-performance mass spectrometry platforms, the P2-iST Plasma Kit combines Biognosys’ P2 enrichment technology with PreOmics’ iST workflow, enabling scalable processing of up to 192 plasma samples per day with exceptional quantitative precision.
