While plasma is an information-rich sample type, biomarker discovery from plasma samples can be challenging due to plasma’s high dynamic range and the inter-individual variability of the proteome.

To address this challenge, we performed a deep DIA analysis using project-specific libraries and Spectronaut® 17’s novel directDIA+™ workflow. In our recent US HUPO 2023 poster, we show how the new directDIA+ algorithm performs as well or better than previous approaches.
