  • Improved Library Generation: Enhancements to Pulsar improve library generation, supporting empirical panel generation with more identifications.

Streamline Quantification with AI-Generated Panels

Accelerate your targeted proteomics research with deep learning-based in-silico panel development in SpectroDive12.

Our built-in model optimizes for iRT, fragmentation, and ion mobility to generate predicted panels. Compared to traditional assay-based panels, this approach drastically reduces the time needed to create high-quality panels from hours to minutes.

In silico panel generation in SpectroDive 12 delivers similar quality and reliable results to traditional assay-based panels, allowing researchers to focus more on discovery and less on preparation.

Flexible Quantification with Multiple Calibration Curves

Using calibration curves in targeted proteomics analysis allows you to calculate sensitivity, quantification ranges, and measurement precision accurately.

Support for multiple calibration curves in SpectroDive 12 makes absolute quantification more flexible than ever. This feature allows you to use calibration curves, generated in separate analyses. You now have the flexibility to apply the best curve to your panel. In turn this can be used to calculate linear ranges, limits of detection and quantify targets.

Increase Flexibility and Throughput with Custom Assigned Labels

SpectroDive 12 now supports custom assignment of labels for label location and custom chemistry. This feature allows you to localize labels to specific residues on each peptide target.

Improved UI features allow efficient customization through a balance of automated label assignment and manual curation. Improved visualizations offer residue-level resolution of resulting targets and labeled fragments.

Enhanced Sensitivity for Deeper Library Generation

Dive deeper into your data than ever before! Enhancements to the Pulsar engine in SpectroDive 12 increase sensitivity, delivering 20% more precursor IDs over previous releases, enabling you to use more empirical data for panel generation.

Coupled with our built-in visualization tools, SpectroDive12 not only generates more IDs but also provides ease of use and straightforward validation.

SpectroDive is compatible with all leading targeted methods. It supports MRM/PRM workflows, SureQuant workflow and IM-based workflows, including prm-PASEF and FAIMS-PRM.
