We would like to invite you to join our next webinar coming up on Tuesday, May 15th.
Dorte B. Bekker-Jensen, a researcher at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research at the University of Copenhagen from the group of Professor Jesper V. Olsen, will be presenting about novel phosphoproteomics workflows for large-scale studies with many experimental conditions.
Title of Webinar: PhosphoDIA – A Fast, Sensitive and Promising Method for Large-Scale Cell Perturbation Analysis
When: Tuesday, May 15th at 4:00 pm CET
Attendees will learn about direct comparison of DDA and DIA based phosphoproteomics with an optimized high-throughput enrichment method of phosphopeptides. The power of PhosphoDIA will be illustrated with a large-scale kinase inhibitor screen with 30 inhibitors in two different concentrations where ~20,000 phosphopeptide variants from each sample were quantified with a low number of missing values.
