Opportunity to participate in the ABRF study to Optimize Inter-Laboratory Data Analysis Reproducibility

The 2017 ABRF Workflow Interest Network (WIN) has announced the initiation of Phase 2 of their study to promote inter-laboratory reproducibility of quantitative proteomic LC-MS/MS analyses. The objective of this study is to identify data processing tools, including ID-free quality metrics, to support a proactive approach.

Biognosys is supporting this effort and encourages you to participate in it. In this study, Biognosys’ Indexed Retention Time calibration standards (iRT standards) and the proteomics quality control monitoring tool “QuiC” will be utilized.

Participating laboratories will receive test samples and a detailed protocol on how to run these samples. Participating laboratories will then submit raw files and complete a questionnaire of self-reporting parameters to the ABRF.

The deadline for submitting applications is August 1, 2017 and is limited to 40 participants.
