HRM - a new standard for comprehensive proteome profiling

We would like to announce that our paper entitled “Extending the limits of quantitative proteome profiling with data-independent acquisition and application to acetaminophen treated 3D liver microtissues” was recently published in Molecular & Cellular Proteomics.

The aim was to directly compare the ability to discover differentially abundant proteins between Biognosys’ DIA workflow called hyper reaction monitoring (HRM) and the state-of-the-art shotgun proteomics. The HRM workflow powered by Spectronaut™ software showed superior results comparing to shotgun proteomics in number of consistently identified peptides, in precision of quantification and in detection of differentially abundant proteins.

The detailed information can be found in our official press release.
