Proteomics is an increasingly established and widely applicable technology to gain biological insights. The addressable market is large and ranges from proteomics software, kits and reagents (Products) to pharmaceutical drug development contract research (Services) and health data solutions (Data). Many potential customers, however, still have low awareness of its capabilities and applications. As Associate Marketing Manager, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities for project management and implementation of omnichannel marketing activities and congresses and events, aimed at increasing awareness and adoption of our offerings. You will report to the Head of Marketing and reinforce the already existing marketing team.



  • Supporting Marketing Managers on project management and implementation of omnichannel marketing activities; maintaining the Biognosys Marketing Communications planning
  • Preparing and implementing content updates on the Biognosys website, monitoring and optimizing SEO/SEM activities
  • Preparing, scheduling and monitoring content on the Biognosys social media channels, both organic posts and paid social
  • Preparing and scheduling newsletters, goal-driven email campaigns and automated lead nurturing emails
  • Collecting and optimizing lead and customer data from omnichannel campaigns in the CRM system
  • Provide project management, logistics and audiovisual support for events (e.g. conference logistics, webinar recordings, ,…)
  • Monitoring, collecting and reporting analytics from the various marketing channels and platforms to derive insights for continuous omnichannel marketing optimization
  • Budget administration for selected activities



  • An educational degree (BSc/MSc) in business or (MSc) in science is required
  • 1-3 years experience in a commercial field is required. Life sciences experience (CRO, biopharma, diagnostics, life sciences software,…) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience or exposure with B2B and Digital Marketing practices and tools such as Website CMS (WordPress or comparable), Website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Social Media channels and tools (LinkedIn and Twitter, Hootsuite or comparable), Email Marketing and CRM (Zoho or comparable). Strong interest to develop further expertise in this field.
  • Familiarity with graphic design processes and tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Advanced general computer and MS Office software skills
  • Strong results-orientation and project management skills, good communication and collaboration skills
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English; German is a plus but not required
